Cancellation and Order Return Policy The guarantee of the delivery of the order is the signature of the recipient on the order form. When the recipient himself cannot sign, a third party can sign. In case the recipient refuses to sign for any reason, the sender has no right to challenge the delivery and refuse any charge. The cancellation of the order is accepted up to one day before the delivery of the order and the entire amount is refunded. In case of cancellations made on the same day, the amount will not be refunded but in case the sender does not want to send them, they will not be sent. This is because the order is prepared which includes irreversible modification of the flowers. Complaints about the quality of the flowers are accepted the same day and only by the sender. In this case our dealer checks if there really is a problem, and if there is a problem, the product is replaced.
